Your baby's vaccination chart

Every vaccine in the Indian Academy of Pediatrics schedule (2025) with its date, from birth to 18 years. Enter the date of birth, then download the chart or send it to family.

How the dates are worked out

Each date is the date of birth plus the age in the schedule: 6 weeks is 42 days, 10 weeks 70 days, 14 weeks 98 days and 9 months 274 days. A visit counts as late once it is 4 weeks past its date.

For example, a baby born on 1 January 2026 is due for the 6-week vaccines (DTP 1, IPV 1, Hib 1, Hep B 2, Rotavirus 1 and PCV 1) on 12 February 2026.

Check with your doctor first if

your baby was born early, missed doses, has low immunity or a serious allergy. Your paediatrician may plan the doses differently.

The free government schedule (Universal Immunization Programme) is a little different from this one. Your paediatrician will tell you which your child follows, and which brands.

Common questions

How is the IAP schedule different from the government (UIP) schedule?

The IAP schedule adds vaccines for hepatitis A, chickenpox, influenza and typhoid, and often uses combination vaccines so a baby gets fewer injections. Both protect your child; your paediatrician decides which to follow.

Is it a problem if a vaccine is a few days late?

Usually not, and a short delay rarely means starting again. The rotavirus vaccine is the exception: the first dose is given by 14 weeks 6 days (it is not started at 15 weeks or older) and the last by 8 months, so ask your doctor soon if it was missed.

Is my baby's information saved anywhere?

No. The chart is worked out on your phone and nothing you type is sent to Doccine or anyone else.
