For doctors and hospitals across India
The operating system for healthcare.
Doccine notices what a busy OPD can miss: the allergy in a prescription, the report that never came, the patient who has waited too long. You focus on your patients.
- Opens 20 October
- 50% off to get started
- 7-day free trial
Today's queue: waits, late arrivals, vitals and reports at a glance, allergies flagged.
What Doccine decides for you
It checks, remembers and warns. You decide.
Every part of Doccine has one job: catch what a busy doctor could miss, and put it in front of you at the right moment.
01 · Prescriptions
Every prescription, checked before it reaches your patient
Before you finish, Doccine reads every medicine against the patient's record and tells you what clashes. It never blocks you: you keep it with a reason, or remove it.
- Allergy clashes, by salt and by class: a penicillin allergy flags amoxicillin
- Medicines that clash with each other: serious interactions and the same salt twice
- The child's dose for today's weight, and pregnancy
- With the safer choice suggested, from reviewed sources
02 · The patient in front of you
Know your patient in 10 seconds
Open any patient from the queue. Doccine has already picked what matters, so you don't dig through old files while the patient waits.
- Allergies, pregnancy and your pinned notes, the moment you open the patient
- The medicines they are on, from every doctor in your hospital or clinic
- Trends to watch: only readings out of range or linked to their condition
- Reports to review, the prescription and the bill, one tile each
03 · Follow-ups
See whether the medicine worked
Doccine marks the day each BP or sugar medicine was started or changed, right on the patient's chart. One look shows what happened after.
- BP, sugar and weight over months, with the normal range shaded
- A mark on the day a medicine started, changed or stopped
- Readings out of range stand out in colour
- Sharper follow-ups: decide on evidence, not memory
04 · Lab reports
No lab report slips through
Doccine keeps watch over every test you advise, from the day you write it to the day you review the result.
- Critical and abnormal values come first, with the normal range
- Tests you advised but haven't received are tracked for you
- Results waiting for your review are counted on the queue
- Patients upload reports from their phone with a one-time QR code
05 · Your OPD
Your OPD, watched for you
Your reception juggles five things at once. Doccine watches the queue so nothing falls between the desk and your cabin.
- Vitals out of range are flagged before the patient reaches you
- Long waits and late arrivals stand out
- Double visits and duplicate patient files are caught at booking
- Visits left open are found the next morning, with a suggestion for each
06 · Your practice
Your practice, understood every morning
No spreadsheets. Open Doccine and see how your practice is really doing, and who needs a call today.
- Visits, new versus returning patients and no-shows
- Follow-ups kept, and the patients who missed theirs
- Money collected and dues outstanding, by doctor and payment mode
- Where your patients come from
