The operating system for hospitals and clinics

Clinic management software that notices what needs you

Doccine is the operating system for hospitals and clinics in India. One place for the front desk and the doctor: appointments, the OPD queue, prescriptions, patient history, reports and bills. It works in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.

Front desk

Book, check in and send patients in

Reception books visits, gives tokens and keeps walk-ins and booked patients in one queue. The doctor's cabin sees the same queue at the same moment.

  • Walk-ins and appointments in one queue
  • Waiting minutes on every row; long waits stand out
  • Double bookings and duplicate patient files stopped
  • Each doctor's timings, breaks and leave

In the cabin

The patient's story before they sit down

Allergies, current medicines and only the readings that are out of range are shown first. The doctor writes the prescription in a few clicks, and Doccine checks it before it is printed.

  • Allergy and interaction checks on every prescription
  • Prescriptions on your letterhead in English, Hindi or Gujarati
  • Sent to the patient as a PDF on WhatsApp
  • Medical certificates and referral letters from the visit
  • Follow-up date set while you write

Billing

GST bills, part payments and dues

Bill the visit, the procedure or the package. Doccine keeps part payments and dues, and the day's collection is ready when the clinic closes.

  • GST-ready bills and receipts
  • Part payment and dues per patient
  • The day's collection by mode

Every morning

How your clinic is really doing

One screen shows missed follow-ups, unpaid bills, new versus returning patients and where patients come from.

  • Follow-ups kept and missed
  • Money collected and outstanding
  • New and returning patients

Lab reports

No lab report slips through

From the test you advise to the result you review, Doccine keeps watch. Abnormal and critical values come first, and reports you advised but haven't received are tracked.

  • Critical and abnormal values first
  • Advised but not received, tracked for you
  • Patients upload reports from their phone with a one-time QR code

Your team

A login for everyone, and your data stays yours

Add your receptionist or another doctor in a minute. Each person sees only their part of the work, and your clinic's data is stored securely in India.

  • Owner, doctor, reception and admin roles
  • Reception never sees your unfinished prescriptions
  • Works on laptop, tablet and phone; nothing to install
  • Data stored in India; export it anytime

Questions doctors ask

What is clinic management software?

Clinic management software runs a clinic's daily work in one place: appointments and the OPD queue, prescriptions, patient records, reports and billing. Doccine adds checks that notice what needs the doctor's attention, such as an allergy clash or a missed follow-up.

Is Doccine good for a single doctor's clinic?

Yes. A solo doctor can run the queue, prescriptions and bills alone on a phone or laptop, and add a receptionist later with their own login.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Doccine works in the browser on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone. Your data is stored securely in India.

Can I move my old patient records?

Yes. Our team moves your patients and their records from your current software or Excel, free of cost, and you can keep your old system until you are happy with Doccine.

Does it print prescriptions in Gujarati or Hindi?

Yes. Prescriptions print on your own letterhead in English, Hindi or Gujarati and go to the patient as a PDF on WhatsApp.
