Patient summary
When a patient walks in, Doccine has already picked what you need first: allergies, the medicines they are on and only the readings that are out of range or linked to their condition.
Vitals
BP, sugar, weight and other readings are kept with their normal ranges. An out-of-range value is flagged, and the trend shows where it is heading.
Treatment response
Doccine marks the day each BP or sugar medicine was started or changed, right on the patient's chart. One look shows what happened after.
Lab reports
Lab values sit in the same record as the visits and medicines. Abnormal and critical values come first, and patients can upload their reports from their phone with a one-time QR code.
Record-aware prescribing
Because allergies and current medicines live in the record, every new prescription is checked against them: allergy clashes by salt and class, serious interactions and the same salt twice. The doctor decides.
Privacy
Each staff member sees only what their role needs. Your records are stored securely in India, never sold or shared, and you can export them anytime.
